Information you choose to provide
The project form asks for contact information, a property location or general area, a project type, and any details you choose to share. Please do not include payment information, identity documents, account passwords, or sensitive financial records.
How inquiries are used
Information is used to read and respond to your request and discuss possible next steps. Submission does not enter you into a construction agreement or guarantee a builder match. We do not sell inquiry details as a mailing list.
If a potential introduction to a builder is discussed, the purpose and intended recipient should be clear before your information is shared for that introduction.
Service providers and technical information
The site is hosted on Vercel. Hosting services may process request information such as IP address, browser details, and security logs. The inquiry form uses Resend for email delivery and Google reCAPTCHA for spam verification. These providers process information needed to supply those services under their own policies. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to reCAPTCHA.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which creates requests to Google’s font services. This site does not currently install advertising pixels or a marketing analytics script.
Access, corrections, and removal
Use the contact page to request a correction or removal of information you previously submitted. Identify the email address and approximate submission date so the request can be located. Inquiry records may be retained as needed to follow up and maintain appropriate business records; removal requests are handled subject to applicable obligations.
